Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of your order and the country the items will be shipped to. Customers can check the exact shipping fee after they fill in the address on the checkout page.

US Orders

Carrier: We usually use the following air transport: DHL (www.dhl.com), UPS(www.ups.com), FedEx(www.fedex.com), JS EXPRESS(www.js-exp.com).

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

• Handling Time: 3‑5 Business Days (Order processing & preparation time before dispatch)
• Standard Transit Time: 10‑15 Business Days (Standard shipping transit after the parcel leaves our warehouse)
• Expedited Transit Time: 3‑7 Business Days (Expedited shipping transit after the parcel leaves our warehouse)

Shipping Timeline:
STANDARD SHIPPING (Total delivery: 13‑20 business days = 3‑5 handling + 10‑15 transit)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (Total delivery: 6‑12 business days = 3‑5 handling + 3‑7 transit)

• Please allow additional shipping time to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
• Please note that we do not ship to the following locations: P.O. Boxes; freight forwarding companies. (So please use a residential or business address at checkout.)
• During major holidays, the transportation may be delayed. So please place your order in advance to make sure you can receive it on time. If your order is urgent, you can contact our service to check availability.

Return Logistics Disclosure

Our operations and design headquarters are located in China. All orders are shipped directly from China. To improve after-sales efficiency and customer shopping experience, we have established an exclusive local return warehouse in the United States for customer returns processing.
