You have 15 full days after receiving your package to reach out for a return.Items only need to be unused and free of any man-made damage to qualify for a smooth return.

Simple Return Steps

1. Shoot an email to our support team first to get our official return address and authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
2. Ship your package back and share the tracking number with us once you send it off. We suggest using trackable shipping to avoid lost parcels.
3. After we receive and check your item, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
